Probably GS, but jeez did DAL look good in Game 7 vs the Suns. Did they look good, or was it more that PHO played so poorly? They looked nothing like a 64 win team. Internal problems with DeAndre Ayton, too. |

Though I'm a Luka fan, I have loyalty to our guy JT. I don't like it that Luka's getting all the ooohs and aaaahs when he plays no defense ans is too ball dominant. Tatum as a two way player should eventually be higher up on the MVP list.
Plus, I like GSW more anyway.

Ok, as good as Luka is, he is not on Larry Bird's level (as some talking heads are saying). Larry could have been a 35 ppg scorer if he wanted to iso all the time. But he mostly played within the team concept. But Larry was exceptional with his overall awareness of the game -- passing, defending (in addition to scoring). And young Larry was actually quite springing and quick -- quicker than Doncic.

I guess I'm already kind of surprised they beat the Suns - but, would be shocked if they could beat the Warriors barring any setbacks/injuries. Will be fun to watch a series with Curry & Doncic in it though.

The way they move without the ball is amazing. We would do well to study it and implement it for next year.

Klay once got 60 pts on something like 10 dribbles for the whole game. I saw a quote from a GS player from earlier this year when Klay had just come back and had his first hot-shooting game: "We have TWO of these guys?!"
