Refs are simply favoring the Bucks. Simple as that Giannis is an insane athlete, but just like Embiid, they get 5 ppg from the refs every game.

Game 3 should be a major truth teller. And I'd probably have Smart come off the bench in that

Alright onto the next. Lets see if our offense can be more dynamic.

Game 3 should be a major truth teller. And I'd probably have Smart come off the bench in that I think our guys figured out the energy level they need to exert to succeed against th Bucks. And I think Grant realizes that we need him scoring the ball.

Alright onto the next. Lets see if our offense can be more dynamic. Considering Pritch's shooting went MIA, and Rob is not yet the lob threat he normally is, I think we're in good position to be mor dynamic in th upcoming games.

Did something happen to Daniel Theis?

Great team win. Jaylen had the best first half of his playoff career. Tatum somehow scored 29 even though the entire Buck defense was designed to stop him. And he did it without forcing anything. Grant and Al did a great job on Giannis, and Grant was unbelievable shooting 3s. Pritch was calm and steady when we needed him to bring the ball up against pressure. Just a great win.
Thank you to Stan van Gundy for saying out loud on national tv what needed to be said, that Giannis just runs through people and the refs don't call him for a charge. There were at least 3 and I really think more like 5 or 6 times when he just ran over someone and they didn't call him for it. He's an amazing athlete, and a fierce competitor, but if they called him for his traveling and his charges he'd be a lot less effective.
We needed this. If we can get one in Milwaukee we'll win this series.

Did something happen to Daniel Theis? I wonder if Ime found something, like Theis is just a horrible matchup against the Bucks?

Thanks, DM. I wish I KNEW that we had it, but it would probably be fairer to say that I believed we'd play better and would find a way to raise our level enough to win. But I NEVER saw that first half coming.

So why weren't we prepared to play like this in Game 1? The Bucks certainly were.

I think playing a team as big as the bucks is a shock to the system. so few teams play that big. and unlike most big teams, they can still get down in time to set up there defense. Tonight's game was great, but i am scared to see how much they are relying on 3 pointers. they need to generate some other offense.

Did something happen to Daniel Theis? I wonder if Ime found something, like Theis is just a horrible matchup against the Bucks? It's just that Horford played like 37 minutes and Tatum played about 42. I don't like that. At some point I want Theis to get maybe 15 or so. If not him than Kornet. I just think this is going to take everyone

At some point I want Theis to get maybe 15 or so. If not him than Kornet. I just think this is going to take everyone Especially Horford. The amount of defensive effort we ask of him is quite high. Guarding Giannis is no easy task for a soon to be 36 year old. Ime said he didn't mind the high usage because we have a three day rest period before Game 3.
