you know who's someone that i would target with the C's second round pick? Christian Braun out of Kansas. I think he can be that 9th guy off the bench, chaotic instigator that drives other teams nuts. He'd be perfect if he's an elite shooter.

Lot of good complementary players in this draft.
Kendall Brown reminds me Shawn Marion.
Dyson Daniels reminds me of Shaun Livingston.

A big man who I'm intrigued by is Walker Kessler for Auburn. Kevin McHale-ish body (and awkwardness) and like Kevin is an excellent shot blocker and rebounder. Kessler can even knock down set shot three's.

I didn't realize Ron Harper Jr at Rutgers was a 2 star recruit. He has definitely outplayed that. I guess when you grow up watching your dad feed Jordan you might learn a trick or two

Before you look at his physique and judge him, let's first establish his positives. This kid has excellent post moves and feel. Feet are extremely quick and nimble. And his body control is really good. His handles are crisp in short bursts when he's attacking. Has court vision and can deliver quick and precise passes.
Ok, now about his chubby, 6'7" frame. He's worked on it after the college season ended and he's shed a bunch of weight. This should only help him get quicker and jump higher. If he can maintain his weight, I'm intrigued with Lofton.
But thoughts of Jared Sullinger and Guerschon Yabusele come to mind.

There's a young 6'7" frosh kid named Arthur Kaluma who plays for Creighton. I don't see him listed anywhere on mocks. But I'm bigly intrigued. Power wing with a developing perimeter shot. Attacks closeouts well. Improving his dribbling will unlock more of his potential. Lots of athleticism and explosiveness for a muscular wing. Hope he stays under the radar so we can grab him. I believe he's from MASS (but went to high school in Arizona).

Mouhamadou Gueye is soon to be 24, but he's only been playing competitive basketball for 5 years. I don't know how much more weight he can add, but what stands out is his height (6''10"), wingspan (7'3"), quickness, leaping ability, aggressiveness, agility, 3 pt shooting ability (36%), slashing and shot blocking (2+ per game).
Guys this tall and lanky don't move like him!
He would've been a matchup problem against the Warriors.
