It was a can't miss night for the Celts. Was like game 1 just watching a practice. Nice for Tremont and Carson to get in at the end. Now I'll watch BYU vs Navy. I wonder which of those Derren prefers. Could go either way

I thought our first half defense was the best I've seen all year. Maybe in several years. Absolutely stifling.
If we play that way we can beat anyone. I'm starting to believe we have a real chance to win the title this year. I didn't think so back in March.

I have to admit I'm starting to wonder "maybe they really are this good at shooting" Maybe they are. I still think the Bucks could be way way harder than what they've dealt with so far

MIL would probably be a tougher matchup for us than MIA, but they have a long way to go to come back from down 1-3, especially with Giannis hurt.
I hope we and the Heat can close things out because I want to see Jaylen guard Butler.
Just read an article on ESPN by Jackie M. It included this: "Hayward originally planned to leave the bubble for the birth of his son sometime in September, but his wife, Robyn, posted a message on social media suggesting that now that he is back in Orlando, he's there to stay: "Next time we see you you won't be the only boy."". Even rusty, he could help in the next series if healthy. Maybe not shooting, but passing and rebounding.

Even rusty, he could help in the next series if healthy. Maybe not shooting, but passing and rebounding. There were a few times recently I wished we had Hayward. #1. Game 4 when nobody could buy a bucket. #2. Game 5 when suddenly Jaylen had 4 fouls and Tatum had 3 at the end of the half. #3. Game 5 when they finnnnaalllllyyyy took starters out. Not that he's a mop up guy, but basically he could save Tatum and Jaylen's legs at least a little. #4. When Semi is out there. I just think Hayward is a little better, although Semi is impressing me somewhat. Semi for a million is probably a better deal than Hayward for $20, but Hayward still gets you closer to a ring #5. When Romeo Langford is out there, which isn't that often.

It is bonkers that we have Jaylen and Jayson for the last 1-2 years of Paul Pierce and KG's career. Absolute insanity. Where would this team be if it wasn't for that deal? I think they would've had to reallllly bottom out and hope for some lotto luck. The fact that we were able to go from the Big 3 era to the Kemba-Jayson-Jaylen era with only missing the playoffs once is remarkable.
