There are always draft prospects you just don’t want to end up with. Watching them play, you don’t get the impression they’ll amount to anything.
There are a couple of these in this draft:
I’ll start with Cole Anthony. Unless we get him with a late first round pick, I don’t see him being an effective starter with our team; mainly because he’s got the Austin Rivers vibe (overhyped by the media, and thinks he’s better than he is). If he accepts a role as a complementary scorer who defers to more talented teammates, he’s got a shot.
