Per Jackie Mac, Kyrie has done things while with his new team, and it sounds to me like the kind of things we’ve heard him doing here (being moody, sort of stand off-ish, causing teammates to walk on egg shells ). I remember trying to defend Kyrie, thinking we all have our quirks, and it’ll all work out in the end. But actually, it ended disastrously.
The questionable way he left Cleveland, the way the chemistry imploded in Boston — and to see and hear the same things now happening again in Brooklyn — we might yet again see an unhappy Kyrie negatively affect the organization he plays for.

Zebras do not change their stripes. Kyrie does not fit. Great individual basketball player, however terrible team basketball player. I really believe he checked out last year during the playoffs.

The Nets win on the road, and did it without Kyrie. Remember when we would win games without Kyrie? And I used to be one of thise guys who said it is crazy to think we are a better team without him than with him (even though we had a better record when he wasn’t playing).
I think at some point, the Nets are going to realize Kyrie is a problem.

It’s a team sport, except Kyrie makes it about himself.

Brooklyn has won 4 in a row, 5 out of their last 6, and are now a game over .500. And they’ve done this without Kyrie (he’s been missing a bunch of games due to injuries).
You think their fans are contemplating whether they are a better team without him? I bet it’s starting.

Kyrie could learn from how Lebron gets other "lesser" players involved in a game.
He's an exceptional player who is caught up in the fact that he can always get off a "good" shot for himself in any position. He thinks it's the best for the offense, but he's not taking into account the effect he has on teammates if they're all standing around cold for most of the game. He should lean more on his playmaking abilities than on his shooting abilities considering his size and position.
I think once KD comes back he'll be fine because he seems ok "giving up his chances" if the other guy is also a star. His issue seems to be letting others who may not be at the top in their position get a chance within the offense which is what leaves guys like Tatum and Brown confused on how to impact a game.

I think the Nets should tell Kyrie to rest the whole year. They look so much better without him. They more than held their own against us for 3+ quarters (but of course we had to break their will and send them off with a defeat).

They also have good players, like Harris and Dinwiddie who go unsung.

A much better and diverse team are the Nets without Kyrie. They beat the Nuggets today, and I’m sure it’s being talked about in Nets’ fandom if they are better without him. Maybe even the players are pondering this question, since this squad (minus D’Angelo Russell), is the one that turned the ship around last season.

Injuries are definitely a part of his story. I assume it has something to do with his style of play similar to how Rose struggled with injuries as well. All that shake and bake dribbling must take its toll on knees, shoulders, etc.

I think Kyrie is an all-NBA individual player, however basketball is a team sport. I think Brooklyn has a better record without Kyrie, than with.
