One of those paradoxes where you need to put the time into basketball to get truly great, but the more time you put just on basketball, the higher risk you are for getting hurt and not playing basketball. This is where the flashy stuff might make you stand out on the floor, but the little things (flexibility, strengthening joints) matter to keep you on the floor. It's all about moderation and doing the right thing - less is more.

Thanks for sharing runrondo.
I think its the number of games played that breaks players. Games are like all out efforts. Every summer, these high AAU high school players are playing games, versus practicing.
