In case you guys didn't see it, the Raptors won a championship without having a high draft pick:
Kawhi Leonard, 15th pick Kyle Lowry, 24th Marc Gasol, 48th Pascal Siakam, 27th Danny Green, 56th Fred Vanvleet, undrafted

Coby White taken at 7. He was 12th on my board.
I think he can be an exceptional role player if his catch and shoot game is sharp. But I don't see him being an impact starter.

8th pick is made by the Hawks, taking Jaxson Hayes. Lots of room to grow and improve, but I just wonder if he'll ever reach his ceiling? I don't have him on my top 25 board. I think he lacks feel for the game.

Rui Hachimura was drafted at 9. He's really grown the last 3 years, and right now has a solid game at the college level. I'm not sure I see a high ceiling in the NBA. I think he'll struggle with making quick decisions.

Not only do I think he'll make it, I think he'll be one of the key players on our championship team!! I like this guy's competitive edge, perimeter shooting and feel for passing.

Cam Reddish goes to the Hawks. Fools gold in my eyes. The next Ben McLemore.

Wow, Cam Johnson drafted at 11? Yikes, that's too rich for a role player (though Cam might have a better career than a few of those guys drafted before him).

2 more picks, then us. Hoping for Goga. Who will the Hornets and the Heat take?

Good pick by the Hornets, taking PJ Washington. I would have liked him on our team. Kid plays with an edge, and his 3pt shot took a big leap. Can put it on the floor too.

With Charlotte taking PJ Washington, only Miami stands in the way between me and Goga Bitadze. I hope Miami takes Nassir Little or Nickeil Alexander-Walker.

How ridiculous is it that the Heat have won 3 rings in the time when the Dolphins won none

I find it remarkable and a major red flag that Bol Bol is 7ft 2 and only 210 lbs

MIA takes Tyler Herro. I like this shooter, and think he has an outside shot at being a contributor on a good team. Would have been hard for me to justify taking him over some of the others I have left on my board -- lucky I didn't have to endure the anxiety of wondering who we'd pick.
