I tend to think if Rondo is indeed moved it will be to a team that isn't expected. Somewhat interesting article for rondo being moved to a team like OKC. nesn.com/2014/09/report-rajon-rondo-russell-westbrook-backcourt-fascinating-possibility/I think this is more speculation but it is possible he could be moved to a team like that where we get back an assortment of young players and expiring contracts. Not sure what OKC could give us though. The have STeven Adams developing though where a guy like Perk could be available for the time being or even Adams himself. Jeremy Lamb. Perry Jones etc.. If Ainge decides he wants to go all in with a youth movement and young players might make some sense. I don't think we are there yet though. I still think it's possible Rondo stays. I think Gerald Wallace is a key in any deal like this. If we can unload Wallace with Rondo and take back younger players on cheaper contracts. Maybe take back a guy like Perk. It's difficult to find deals that make sense. Plus we might want to keep Rondo.

I don't mind ideas and discussions like this so much. The media train gets out of hand and ahead of themselves. If Rondo is moved finding that deal could happen tomorrow. But I more tend to think if he is moved it will be around midseason, once he's fully healthy and we find a deal that works. I still think we are a ways away from that. We still have time to discuss. The Celtics aren't forced to make a move like I've said.

The more I think about it the more I hope we just keep rondo and it works itself out. Hoping we have a great year and miracles do happen. I'm not really sure what these deals solve and I keep coming back to just keep Rondo for a reason.
