Bass has been a nice bonus for them. I like that trade for Orlando. Getting rid of turkaglu was a mistake. He is the glue for them.
Like RR was saying though, if Nate or Ray hit anything we would have won. But that's the problem of shooters and not having a distributer. Is when your shooters tank it's an issue. ORlando is usually like that. It happens with shooters though Rondo or not. Rondo is a guy who can get people baskets when our shooters are struggling though. But we've lost games in the past with Rondo when Ray can't hit the broad side of a barn.
This game just seemed to be a game we should have won with or without Rondo. It happens. I think we still beat Orlando 8 times out of 10 even with their trade.

I do kind of like watching Pierce being more of a distributor and creator. It's fun to watch. It's like the Pierce of old.
Are we better with Rondo and Pierce just picking his spots and shooting it? Yes.
But it is entertaining watching Pierce do a bit more. He's still got it.
This is why I love Pierce though. He still has it but he sacrifices so much for the team.

Turkaglu had a solid game. However, the defense was rotating late and BOS was leaving ORL's outside shooters for wide open 3-point attempts.
