If anyone wants to watch the games, they are always online here. That is how I get to watch most of the games ever since I moved to Japan. channelsurfing.net/That worked pretty well for me tonight. KP

KP It's not bad, the admin blocked the last 2 seconds for this game and I haven't seen that happen before and I've been using it for about 3 years. Was it blocked for you?

Another narrow escape against a team that is otherwise struggling (they are now 5-10). Our defense simply is not what it used to be -- it is shocking how quickly our quality of play has deteriorated since the first 5 games of the season.

Rondo played well but we're still lacking in many areas. Considering we're one of the top 3 teams in the East, we should be learning from how the Heat beat the Magic tonight. Even when the Magic had hot 3 point hands going, they still lost to the Heat's relentless second chance points and offensive boards. For a group with such talented rebounders, we're getting barely any offensive rebounds. This needs to change.

What is Doc's game plan for stopping the 3? We're letting the magic rain em on us. Now the Sixers who are playing back to back. Plus why do we take 27 3 pointers? I know we have good shooters but 27? Do we really wanna live by the 3 and die by it? Plus correct me if I'm wrong but letting opponents score over a hundred on us...not just a hundred but 110....our defense is lacking.

I've never had a problem with games getting blocked goitng through this site. At least not until the last 2 seconds tonight.

IMO 3 pt defense is vastly overrated. Unless the player is left wide open, if a 3 pt shooter is going to make it, there is no legal way of defending it. When someone as good as Kapono gets hot he's going to make it no matter what you do. And in the Magic game Pietrus did the same thing. He took bad shots but made them. We have been very unlucky so far but it should even out. Not every team we will face will shoot 15-20 behind the line. All we can do is to stop jacking up the 3's so much ourselves and get our interior defense/rebounding fixed and we will be ok.

I went to this game in person and was shocked to see how slow our players played on the defensive end...It looked like we were lazy and a step behind our man for the first three quarters...Then, there was this brief period near the end of the fourth were our defense stepped up, and so did Rondo on the offensive end and we got a 10 point lead...Rondo needs to be more aggressive even if it's not in the gameplan cause he changes our tempo and puts us on another level...We're a little disconnected as a team offensively so we need some more games/practices to get on the same page...and KG needs to get healthier or something...But damn has Pierce been a beast this year or what...He looks great
