Grand Budapest one of west Anderson top movie just great pace and setting , may have to check on pedophilia movie I would definitely recommend it. Well made movie, filled with a talented cast and it is over a serious subject. Movies like this are rare nowadays.

Mrs. eja brought home Hotel Budapest. It was one of the best things I've seen in a while. An actual original story, with compelling characters and significant charm. Excellent writing. Why can't they make movies like that any more? Because not enough people go to them. If those movies made money, Hollywood would make them. They did in the 70s, because people wanted to see movies like that. But adults have gotten lazy now, so only kids go and see movies. And kids, by and large, like crap movies. Also, I agree about Hotel Budapest. It was a lot of fun. This subject got me thinking of a great steven king article: www.ew.com/article/2007/02/01/stephen-king-laziness-baby-boomers

you guys into animation ? Back when I had cable i used to watch a lot of the Adult Swim comedy stuff. As for action stuff, I got into a few back in the day (cowboy beeboy, blue gender) and a year or so ago I watched that Attack on Titan series.

Still haven't seen it yet. I was never a big Star Wars guy, but I'm sure I'll get around to watching it eventually.

Been hitting up quite a few movies lately.
The Revenant - Not a perfect movie, but very, very good. Prolly the best movie of 2015 i've seen so far. Hail, Caesar! - It was a lot of fun. Lots of laughs, lots of Coen Bros goofiness. Incredible cast. Spotlight - I really enjoyed this. They really don't make movies like this much anymore. Very smart. The Big Short - Loved it. Shines a light on one of the biggest events in modern history. Should be required viewing. Carol - Very good. Cate Blanchett kills as always. Anomalisa - Was disappointed. I usually love Charlie Kaufman's stuff, but this didn't do it for me.

Finished Anchorman 2 yesterday. It was ok. Not as good as the first. Mrs eja hijacked the TV during the game to watch Frozen. Wow. That movie has a lot of singing. A lot.
